Greentech eBikes only want to supply quality products so we give industry leading warranty periods.

4 years for the bike.

2 years for battery.

Please note the above warranties:

Apply only to components purchased new from Greentech ebikes and warranty coverage commences from the original date of purchase by the original purchaser and proof of purchase will be required to validate the warranty claim.

All warranty claims must be made to Greentech ebikes before a warranty claim can be processed the product. Greentech ebikes requires proof of purchase.
Does not cover improper assembly or improper use, servicing or maintenance.
Does not include Wear Items including but not by way of limitation – tyres, inner tubes, chains, chain wheels, sprockets, brake pads, handlebar grips, or cables, which are not covered under warranty.
Does not cover normal wear and tear, including corrosion, rust, hairline cracks in paint, chips in paint, water damage, the results of fatigue and any damage, failure or loss caused by accident, misuse, neglect, abuse, theft or failure to follow assembly, re-assembly or disassembly or other instructions or warnings in the bicycle Owner’s Handbook.
All warranty services must be performed by Greentech ebikes. Warranty services include the costs of parts and reasonable labour, but do not include the cost of shipment, packaging or transportation to Greentech ebikes.
